Team Leader for detailed engineering design, implementation and supervision for landfills, wastewater, and town improvements in six secondary towns in Cambodia. Preparation of four municipal land use master plans and four provincial spatial plans in the six provinces for MLMUPC. Total value of infrastructure investments $180m.

Egypt, Giza Masterplan (UNESCO)
Project Manager for the Environmental Masterplan of the Giza Plateau, including the Pyramids and Sphinx. Infrastructure, tourism management, control of urban encroachment and new visitor-information centres.
